Permission to Use Your Cure Story

If you submit material to the R.L.Ranch Cure Story Database, you grant R.L.Ranch Press a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. Please note that if we wish to use your story in written published form, we will notify you in advance and have you sign an additional permission form.

You grant R.L.Ranch Press the right to use the information that you submit as PUBLIC (name, E-mail, city, complaint, story) -- but NOT the information you submit as PRIVATE -- in connection with your story. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post; that the content is accurate; that the use of the content you supply does not violate this policy, and that you will indemnify R.L.Ranch Press and Amy L. Lansky, PhD for all claims resulting from content you supply. R.L.Ranch Press has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any content. R.L.Ranch Press takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted by you or any third party.

R.L.Ranch Press reserves the right not to post your content if it deems it unsuitable, illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise potentially injurious to third parties or objectionable. You may not use a false E-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of your content.
